Gunney OMC developed a quarterly electronic newsletter for the pain field force in Europe that was translated into French, German, Italian and Spanish. Content included key sales strategies, new sales tools and resources, market research updates and a calendar of sales training and events. The last page included space for country managers to customize a message for their region’s sales force.

This newsletter won an Award of Distinction from the 2004 Communicator Awards.
